i think the most interesting part of this is that the v3 ‘today’ is different to the v3 a few years ago which is different to the v3 originally made
i don’t know if there’s been a difference in the ‘vision’ (probably not that much? though stuff like DHS was abolished and muni PDs introduced) but it’s interesting to think about how much v3 has changed during its development
