If houses become marketable, someone could make a realtor business in which one player could buy a house from another player through an Estate Agent. A bank could also be functional in terms of monitoring home owners to ensure they have a plan to pay off their mortgage.
On top of that, you get an electricity bill from Stapleton Powergrid, and a gas bill from Capital Gas.
It’d be cool if the devs made it to where you have to interact with another player in order to buy a house and deal with finances, rather than just clicking a few buttons like on most games. Sounds kinda fun.
