Department of Health Bandages Added
CanineEnforcement (NPC) will not work if there is at least one medical staff on-team. He will tell you to refer to the medical staff for treatment.
Medical staffs have bandages that heal any player in increments of 25.
Medical staffs have access to radio scanners, just like the gamepass scanner. However, this is only on-team to ready themselves for incoming transports. An alternative solution to the radio may be provided in the near future.
RP tools will be added later on when provided by the Department of Health.
If a medical staff is on-duty, the ambulance will only heal individuals up to 50% of their health. If there are none, it will heal up to 75%.

Rim Customizations
At this moment in time, there are only a limited number of rims available for the general public. As time goes on, there will be an increase to the options of rims you can customize on your vehicle. All rim prices are defaulted to $2500. Alpha/Beta special rims will come out in a later release.
We intend on allowing the public to submit their own customized rim to put in the shop. Keep your eyes peeled for this!

When an LEO searches a suspect and gets a prison key and spoon, they will automatically be confiscated.

When arresting an inmate, if you add more time than their current time, it will replace their current time to your time. If you input a lower time than their current time, their time will not change. They will be teleported back to their cell.
All paws location were changed due to a raid from Homeland Security on all locations. There are now three unique locations per server that alternate (from a total of possible six locations).

Boosters will drop 10% of their cash instead of 20% upon death.
Boosters will receive a +3$ upgrade from their current wage.
Grandfathered Boosters (prior to this update) will receive $20,000 upon first joining the game.
Booster list is updated every 20 minutes, and takes 2 minutes to initiate on new servers. When list is being updated, there will be a 5-7 seconds delay which may affect users that die during that time frame. An attempt to fix this will be pushed later.
Booster perks will come out here and there for current boosters, including custom vehicle modifications and others.
