the reason we recruited individuals into SWAT was because we want to maximise the SWAT capacity being the only tactical division across the game. it doesn’t make sense to keep people in hope in t&e and not give them a shot. I was only giving them a shot and ensuring we have the tactical assets to utilise when needed.
the division reassignment is last resort measures as stated…
besides it’s not possible for swat reassignments due to the base rank being dfc and patrols base rank being deputy, this can be possible for PTD if we alter the base rank
I think in that case it may be of use to do an internal SCSO poll and publicly release the results, the poll should have separate approvals for sheriff and undersheriff
I would also like to say my access has been revoked from this channel since calling out the Undersheriff. I brought many concerns to light, the Undersheriff has then revoked my access.
ur access was revoked because u sent classified content without me seeing any declassification evidence? I was only sent the declassification evidence 2-3m ago in which ur access is being reinstated so relax…
I have had the images declassified by an individual who can do so.
If you would like to try and pursue a prosecution on leaking classified information, you are invited to do so but I have my receipts .
It seems there is a lot behind the scenes here maybe gov should consider restricting classification powers to the content and not the channel because none of your screenshots disclose tactics or critical details regarding an operation or other yet are “classified” because of the channel
I approved this handbook alongside a panel of 6-7 members of the State of Firestone involving the FSP Colonel, DPS Secretary, POST Director, DAG, DA, County Executive etc.
I never said I want to remove anyone from the division, the discussion was on a policy that states members can be reassigned to a division. This cannot apply to SWAT entirely because the base rank of SWAT being Deputy First Class and the base rank in PD being Deputy hence it would be considered a demotion.
I’ve not threatened anyone to remove them from SWAT?
Yeah. I worked my way into SWAT. I failed a tryout, and when SWAT revamped their recruitment process, I did their tests, then met the appropriate requirements to get admitted into their academy and become an Operative. If I was transferred to Patrol Division out of nowhere (no offense to PD btw you rule), I’ll be upset.
“This cannot apply to SWAT entirely because the base rank of SWAT being Deputy First Class and the base rank in PD being Deputy hence it would be considered a demotion.”
(edit for clarity: my pov of how the policy is described is “a person in a unit, e.g. swat, can be transferred out at discretion” – there is a possibility of a policy like that being illegal)
