I know this might cause lag to increase but at least it’s an efficient solution to fix the mess Redwood is right now and to give other map parts and areas an actual purpose.
So my suggestion is,
Instead of having a single spawn and Dealership in Redwood, we should have spawns in Arborfield, Prominence and Redwood along with Dealerships.
While this might increase lag, it’d give people a purpose to use the State Highways, to visit other areas, to stop hanging around in Redwood, and most importantly it’d make the game better for everyone.

If this idea was implemented both guests and citizens would spawn in the 3 main towns.

Maybe into only two. Otherwise, it would cause more lagg than needed.

That’s why it’d be a good idea to spread people across the map, have them spawn in different places, have different scenarios, etc… If people still want to go to Redwood, they can always drive there.
