Snow in V2

Alright, to make V2 not look like summer with snow, I got a suggestion

Actual snowflakes
Snow on the road, sometimes or a little bit
If the road has snow, at least make it a little bit slippery
DoT Snow Plow would clear the roads of snow and put salt on it

idk about actually putting snow on the road that was pretty annoying back in rockport

but it would be cool to see snowflakes and it would be cool to see dot pickups with plows and maybe particle salt dispenser things on the back???

fed has confirmed already that v2 will not receive snow. v3 most likely too will not receive snow as it is a tropical island after all.
