why can’t we do what we have been doing. this thing is pointless, we have databases.

Or we could do the regular arrest with the tool, then after you arrest them, another GUI pops up and says to fill out your report and that can be sent to another trello page for reports.

A better suggestion is adding in a GUI where you can file arrest logs in-game.
