I have officially retired the bar. It is up to another member of Congress whether they want to re-introduce it or not. On my end though, I have gotten it removed.

This is a far-left communist tactic employed by the Firestone political elite with the aim of censoring voices and oppressing individuals who dare speak out against the establishment. This is present all throughout history - you shall see examples in the 1930s. Take, for instance, the Enabling Act passed by the National Socialists in 1933. This was a gross violation of the democratic process and we see a parallel being taken here against the honourable JamesDeeks. We must NOT let these far-left tactics seep into Firestone.
I urge all public office holders to rally against this tyrannical and morally illegal bill.
At the end of the day, it is the people who decide whom is elected to office.

In my personal opinion, it should be a bar from office for James. Bars from departments and businesses are not necessary and generally shouldn’t happen.

The reason James shouldn’t be barred is simply that its a Roblox game. Yea, FNG went to a different ROBLOX game and did crime… so what? It benefitted both games, gave activity to Aigio (which they needed) and thats that. Yall acting like they killed the president. It’s just a roblox game

I think we are going to have to let THE CITIZENS decide who would be better to represent FIRESTONE. In the end it really is in the hands of the voters to choose our elected leaders.

The way I see it, is that out of RP it was beneficial for both ourselves and aigio as it brought activity to both games and seemed to be a cool event. While this was an organised false flag operation, I don’t think the individuals involved, including JamesDeeks pose any real threat to the state. Barring them seems to be to fill realism purposes. Perhaps there should be a proper way to organise these kinds of RP without either side having to conduct false flag operations or take genuine hostile action, so both sides get their fun and no one has to get in trouble. Ultimately this was just organised for a bit of fun, I’m not sure it’s a great idea to bar competent, trusted and experienced legislators such as Float (not really familiar with james’ and steel’s careers) from running for congress especially at a time when a lot of people consider a lot of congresspeople to be incompetent, self-serving, general dickheads or all of the above.

James has served as a Sheriff for a very long time and I can not think of any racional reason why should he be barred. Yes, he made mistakes, but we all do mistakes and this is simply overreaction by our government. You guys focus on 1 thing, but you keep forgetting how he turned SCSO and what he did for the Department during his years, I’m not saying that he should be excused just because he did something good, I’m saying that you can’t forget about his past. James does not deserve this.
