Absolutely. He made 0 effort whatsoever to resolve the extreme image problem that FSP has retained since fob left, and maybe even during his command. There continues to be a lack of proper training from FSP which shows that the quality of their employees overall is not being acknowledged by the command staff. Such a situation would have warranted a total command reform a very long time ago.

Allthough your point is partly valid in that in the very end he made a very small attempt to fix things, it was way too little too late to fix the enormous image problem fsp has

He made attempts and was well-intentioned and doing so. I donât disagree about FSP declining, it definitely is, but at least you had somebody who was trying to fix it. If he failed in doing that, then maybe it would be more reasonableâbut he was just starting.

@Silv3_r What the hell do you expect to happen within 3 months?? Heâs just getting into grips with the department, and started to pick out the flaws and was attempting to change them. The âenormous image problem fsp hasâ was being worked on, and during this he gets fired, how is that fair?

Artic deserves a re-nom, 100%. He was just getting into it, and WAS starting to solve problems. The deeper and deeper he gets, the more he can solve the problems.

i saw gifs of FSP going through physical training
as a long term & experienced individual within the training bureau, incompetence cannot be shaped by roblox laps around a baseplate
the problem resulted in the lack of enforcement by high command, of which arctic could not fix. in my opinion, he was a good guy and had good morals, but the overwhelming pressure of being a superintendent wasnât shaped out for him.
being renominated risks the continuous mistake that the department has.

I dismissed Arctic because he decided to wait 4 months after his nomination, 4 months, to attempt to make any major change to the department. The only reason why he just started to get things done was because he was under the threat of dismissal. I decided that this the type of person I do not want included in my administration, I respect Arctic for taking on the duties of Superintendent and serving his state for the time he did, it is now time to move on and bring in new leadership.

preferably I would like to have arctic for a further, more into detail period of time. His plan was to make his way up to command after reviewing the majority of FSP. At this time I am against his dismissal.
