Mate, if we’re gonna have Medivac might as well give us a helipad, because I really doubt a Medivac helicopter would land in a probably busy parking lot to unload a patient, where this could inconvenience others and possibly even obstruct ambulances. Sure, the Stapleton County Medical Center isn’t as bustling as a real life hospital, but the whole point is realism.

It very simply, is not very common for a hospital in a small town/city to have a helipad on the roof. Typically they are in a parking lot or a nearby field

so can we have a helipad in a nearby field or just somewhere thats not in the middle of a parking lot then?

Exactly, I’m pretty sure every hospital with Air Ambulance access has a helipad on the roof or somewhere designated for helicopters to land, out of the way, just like my city’s hosiptal.
