Senate Resolution to Expel Senator Automationeer
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE SENATE HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION I
(a) This bill shall go into effect immediately upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SECTION II
(a) Should any part of this act be declared unenforceable by any judicial entity within this state, then that part so declared unenforceable shall be severed with this act and the remaining portions shall retain full force.
SECTION III
(a) This legislation shall be enforced by the Lieutenant Governor and President pro tempore of the State of Firestone.
SECTION IV
- Automationeer shall be defined as: Automationeer
SECTION V

Automationeer shall be expelled from the Senate of the State of Firestone for misconduct and abuse of power.

The evidence for the aforementioned shall be as follows
(i) Exhibit A - Automationeer proposing a motion to eject an innocent civilian from viewing a public Senate session for absolutely no reason whatsoever
(ii) Exhibit B - Automationeer aiding and assisting former Governor FIoatmanjason in hiding and covering up the Aigio incident
(iii) Exhibit C - Automationeer also aiding and assisting former Governor FIoatmanjason in hiding and covering up the Aigio incident
(iv) Exhibit D - Automationeer being investigated regarding the Aigio incident
(v) Exhibit E - Automationeer making the comment, “how do we know he wont use that power to impede the investigation or undermine the state”. Senator Automationeer is currently under investigation for the exact same incident and is currently a Senator.
