SECONDARY EMPLOYMENT BILL

Be it enacted by the State of Firestone Congress here assembled,
§ 1. ENACTMENT
(a) This Legislation shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
§ 2. DEFINITIONS
(a) For the purposes of this Legislation, ‘Employment Act of 2022’ shall be defined as: Employment Act of 2022 (R)
§ 3. SEVERABILITY
(a) Should any part of this Legislation be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§ 4. AMENDMENTS
(a) Section 2 of Employment Act of 2022 shall be amended.
(i) Subsection 2 of the Employment Act of 2022 shall have subsection 2A created.
(ii) Subsection 2A of the Employment Act of 2022 shall state: “If a Citizen is not employed in a Primary position, they shall be able to be employed in a maximum of three Secondary positions.”
