In accordance with Article III of the State of Firestone Constitution, this search warrant authorizes the search of the following:

  • RJView’s Storage Locker in Stapleton County, Firestone

Any sworn law enforcement officer shall execute this warrant and seize the following items:

  • All firearms located within the aforementioned locker.

This warrant shall be valid until:

  • It is executed one (1) time
  • Seven days have surpassed
  • It is nullified by the issuing court official
  • It is nullified by an appropriate appellate authority

Proof:

The executing officer should notify the presiding officer upon the completion of its execution.
