SCFD Portable tank doesn't rotate correctly and issues with M78 [V2]

Dump Tank

The Problem:
Dump tank decides the best way to hold water is upside down.

• Placement range is also really small

Expected Result:
Rotate like cones or flares

Reproduction Steps:
Attempt to rotate the portable tank

Medic 78

The Problem:

• Passenger seat doesnt work
• Turn signals on back do not work
• Brake lights do not work
• LA doesn’t work
• RA turns on left floods
• TD turns on rear floods
• FL turns on right floods
• P2 doesn’t flash

Expected Result:
Rotate like cones or flares

Reproduction Steps:
Try to do any of the above

Also going to bump this post since it is still occurring:

SCFD doors don't let you through (v2)

The Problem: The clear doors located on the front, side, and rear of the station are supposed to let members on the SCFD team through them without a problem, but they don’t. Expected Result: You should be able to walk through the doors whilst on the SCFD team, like it used to be. Reproduction Steps: 1). Join SCFD team 2). Attempt to walk through the doors 3).
