Road Closure Act
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT
SECTION 1: The following legislation shall be declared null & void:
SECTION 1: “Road Closure” shall be defined as a temporary closure of a major city streets, highways, or rural roads for road maintenance, or any emergency purposes.
SECTION 2: “Road Maintenance” shall be defined as DOT/DPW doing any kind of road works. (i.e Mass roleplay, Construction, Sweeping, etc.)
SECTION 3: “ Emergency purposes” shall be defined as any type of threat in which emergency services need to attend. (i.e Hostage Situations, MVA, Evacuations etc.)
SECTION 4: Road closures & detours for road maintenance shall only be issued by said department administration for DOT/DPW. (i.e Head Supervisor, HICOMM+)
SECTION 5: Road closures for emergency purposes shall only be issued by said department administration. (i.e Captain +, SPU, Traffic Control, HICOMM+, etc.
SECTION 6: The Firestone Department of Transportation, Firestone Department of Public Works, Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Redwood Police Department, Arborfield Police Department, Prominence District Police, Firestone National Guard shall enforce this legislature.

SECTION 7B: The Firestone State Patrol shall be defined as:

SECTION 7D: The Firestone National Guard shall be defined as: https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=2803372
SECTION 7E: The Arborfield Police Department shall be defined as:
SECTION 7F: The Redwood Police Department shall be defined as:
SECTION 7G: The Prominence District Police shall be defined as:
SECTION 8: Should any part of this legislation be constructed by any judicial body of this state to be unconstitutional and declared unenforceable then that part shall be severed with the rest of the act remaining in full force and effect.
SECTION 9: This legislation shall be brought into law, given that it follows the procedures to do so, as outlined by the Constitution.
