A Bill to Abolish Municipal Governments
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE: The Municipal Governments have shown that they have violated the rights of Citizens. For example, Arborfield is attempting to pass protest permit laws and have attempted the create their own defense force and undermining the constitutional duty of the Governor.
SECTION 1: All Municipal Governments shall be abolished.
SECTION 2: A Municipal Government shall be defined as “A city or town that has corporate status and local government.”
SECTION 3: The State of Firestone Executive and Judicial Branch shall defend this legislation.
SECTION 4: This Legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage of both Chambers of Congress.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
