Preamble: Due to general incompetence, the chairperson shall be removed
BE IT ENACTED BY THE DISTRICT OF PROMINENCE COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT,
SECTION 1
MistyFleurr shall be defined here.
SECTION 1A
MistyFleurr shall be Removed from Chairperson, while still remaining in the Prominence District Council.
SECTION 2
The reasoning for their Removal is due to general incompetence, as well as betrayal of public trust.
SECTION 3
The following shall be considered evidence for the reasons in Section 2:
SECTION 4
Exhibit A shows the Chairperson editing a message, which the answers were crucial in deciding a vote and holding up integrity of themselves. This act betrays public as well as council trust.
Exhibit B is POID exhibit A.
Exhibit C shows the Chairperson refusing to put the forum links of legislation onto the trello. Legally, legislation has to be submitted as a forums link, the Chairperson was causing the district to be at risk of a lawsuit as a consequence. The legislation has to legally be in forums to be proposed as set forth by the SCFA. The SCFA or “Stapleton County Forums Act” shall be defined here.
Exhibit D shows the Mayor, Cekrid taking the responsibility to advert the district from being at risk of a lawsuit as the Chairperson fell short and rejected the legal proposal of legislation as required by law.
Exhibit E shows the Chairperson stating that they have confidence in their knowledge of floor rules and of ability to preside over sessions.
Exhibit F shows the Chairperson failing to know when to break a tie, where in this instance a vote needed a super majority, ⅘ in affirmation vote. The Chairperson broke an unneeded tie, clear incompetence of the floor rules that they stated they have confidence in their ability to demonstrate. Alongside that, they casted a vote in abstention, which a presiding officer cannot vote in if there were to be a tie breakage.
Exhibit G shows the Chairperson admitting to deleting messages, which is generally not allowed in general practice of sessions.
Exhibit H shows DMs between the Mayor and the Chairperson. The Chairperson is openly trying to hinder the Prominence council session in an attempt to annoy another councilmember. This action is against the law as it violates Chapter 9, Section 1 of the criminal code (Contempt of Prominence Council). Alongside that, the Chairperson proposes an idea to “ban swedishvic” after discussing bringing back barment of office. Through interpretation, the Chairperson is attempting to bring back bars to bar another Councilmember in retaliation.
SECTION 5
This Removal shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the District Charter.
Respectfully submitted to the District Council of the District of Prominence.
