Release on NotoriousAmerican v Employement Regulations

“On the afternoon of March 27th, 2018 the Supreme Court of Firestone completed and voted in favor 2-0-1 (aye-nay-abstain, see card linked for who voted what). The case in question was this, an interpretation on the Department of Public Safety’s actions regarding it hiring practices in relation to its classification as primary or secondary. The plaintiff, NotoriousAmerican, presented the argument that under A Bill to Recognize the Employment Status of the Department of Public Safety, the Associate and Deputy Secretary positions are considered primary jobs. He further stated that the two Deputy Secretaries were also in the Department of Homeland Security. The Court found this to be a clear violation, and ordered it rectified here.
