A Bill To Make Noise Disturbance Illegal

PREAMBLE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE REDWOOD LEGISLATIVE BRANCH HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1.
Noise Disturbance shall be defined as any noise,sound, music which unreasonably disturbs the comfort, peace, or repose of another person or persons. More specifically, the use of loud/obnoxious music via the car radio.

SECTION 2A.
All Law Enforcement Officers are permitted to use their judgement to decide whether the content being displayed is indeed a disturbance.

SECTION 2B.
$150 for the first offence,
$250 For the second offence,
$450 for the third time,
and the fourth time shall require an arrest for Noise Disturbance for 200.
Noise Disturbance shall be considered an infraction.

SECTION 3.
All Law Enforcement agencies are obligated to enforce this legislation in the City of Redwood.

SECTION 4.
Upon the passage by the City Council and signature of the City Mayor, this document shall be effective and binding immediately.
