Redefining Honorary Guests Act
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The Presiding Officer of a Firestone Congressional Session shall have the sole ability to define, and make a person an honorary guest during a session of their respected chamber.
SECTION 1A: Presiding Officer shall be defined as: the person running a Firestone Congress session, be it either the Senate or House.
SECTION 2: Along with this, any admin at a Firestone congressional session shall only use admin that is discrete, and does not interrupt said session.
SECTION 2A: Discrete shall be defined as: admin commands that do not distract the session, and commands that are not abusive (kicking, banning, etc).
SECTION 3: The office of the Lieutenant Governor and Speaker of the House shall oversee this legislation, while whomever is the Presiding Officer of a session shall enforece it.
SECTION 4: Upon passing both chambers of Congress and being signed by the Governor, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
