A lot of departments irl have a car that they use purely for events and other PR reasons, and I think it would be cool if departments in Firestone could get one as well. They could be like the breast cancer awareness car where only 1 from each department can be out at a time, and there would probably have to be a thing in handbooks saying that they can only be used for events and photos, not patrols.
When choosing the actual car and design, there could be a contest or vote in each department where people design what they want the car to look like or be based off of, and obviously the winner would be the design the department gets. It could be up to the developers, fed, or even department heads to choose the actual car that would have the design, like the Charger, Explorer, whatever, but it would make most sense to probably just be something already in the fleet.
