For full disclosure: candidate has several recent criminal records for brandishing firearms and punching others (or for something along those lines).

i suggest at least checking before making such a charged claim
both arrests were for the same offense and the basis for such arrests are up for contention and i am preparing legal proceedings calling the legal validity of both arrests into question.

I see I swore I thought I saw one for punching someone… anyways… point is you have several arrests and one citation. That meets your test for more than 2 (since you have 3 records).

your statements were misleading in implying that i had been arrested of a large number of crimes, which is nowhere near the truth
the citation was issued on a car that had been rammed and both arrests are legally questionable and will be called into question by forthcoming proceedings; meaning that your implication that I am a felonious criminal is misleading and paints an untrue picture.

that’s where the arrest was made, it was for an incident that occurred 2 weeks prior at CD.
the arrests are questionable as they were made on legal ground that is shaky, and have limited PC + POID.

Thank you for your honesty. Maturity is a big issue these days within Firestone, and I am glad you are raising the issues to it. I myself have been caught immature, but thanks to my mentor, the Honorable dosk2, I have been converted to a mature person. It is extremely important for our governmental officials to act in a mature manner, including, but not limited to not expelling themselves. You bringing awareness to the issues of maturity is greatly appreciated.
