Prominence District Council Trello Act
Preamble: No more trello access arguments
BE IT ENACTED BY THE DISTRICT OF PROMINENCE COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT,
SECTION 1
“The District Council Trello” shall be defined here.
SECTION 2
The District Council Trello shall compose the following positions to have member access to it, and shall prioritize the following positions to have access to it in the following order:
- The Mayor
- The Deputy Mayor
- The Prominence District Clerk
- The Prominence District Attorney
- The Chairperson
- One Prominence Assistant District Clerk
- Prominence District Councilmembers as able to until the workspace member count limit is hit
SECTION 3
Shall there be District Councilmembers that are unable to be added as a member to The District Council Trello due to a member count limit being hit, the Chairperson shall be required to add that Councilmembers legislation to The District Council Trello within 24 (twenty-four) hours of it being submitted to them. If the Chairperson is on a leave of absence, as prescribed by District Charter, or there is no one in the position of Chairperson, this responsibility shall fall onto the Mayor.
SECTION 4
The Mayor shall be responsible for adding the positions outlined in Section 2 to The District Council Trello within 12 (twelve) hours of them entering that position or when a workspace spot opens up.
SECTION 4
This District Ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the District Charter.
