So I read everyone’s speeches, and everyone just keeps “planning” to help Prominence, instead of planning why don’t people actually do?

Great point! Although it is hard to work without the position, it is important that candidates start attempting their changes even before they get into office. I hope to work on that and have already began to work on many of my plans through my last term!
