back in my day POST instructors were the most rude disrespectful sometimes even racist people ive ever met in my life. new leos and post cadets dont know what im yappin abt but they would say the most vile stuff ever, AND THAT’S WHAT WE NEED BACK.

@Cuxle Will the FBC cover such forum post like they usually cover POST related news. FBC has always been transparent to the citizens involving themselves with POST complaints!

I can agree on strictness but outright racism and severe offensive comments will not be allowed in the academy.

Realistically speaking, yelling at POST cadets won’t do anything but make POST look cringe. If anything some cadets will join POST and troll to record the instructor yelling and screaming and then post it on youtube to make POST and the Instructor look like a clown and a meme across the entire ROBLOX platform. Plus, cadets will probably hold it against the instructor and try to screw the instructor over in the future.
LEOs today are much more professional than LEOs were in v1 and early v2. We achieved this without yelling and physical training.
Maybe this is because I’m a dove, but I think when someone makes a mistake in Firestone criminal/leo in game/discord people should tell them what they did wrong and help them improve rather than trying to destroy their career/reputation or just make feel like a clown/meme. (Give them 2-3 chances)
We all started Firestone as a noob who made silly mistakes so we should really help out people who are new. Plus, Firestone is somewhat complicated for a new player, the game has a lot of rules and structures that has to be followed. So, its possible for someone to make a mistake.

That’s another thing, you can’t really “draw” a line to what should be allowed and what should not be allowed. Trust me, people in the past have said some really offensive stuff in POST.
