I have no prior legal experience. I have only ever received two activity strikes. I have never received any conduct-related discipline. I have never held a criminal record.
Plans
I want to simplify a some legislation. This means removing crimes like attempted murder and condensing first- and second-degree murder, manslaughter, and negligent homicide into the same crime, making it easier for our peace officers to charge criminals. The same could be done for Interfering with a Public Service Employee, Obstruction of a Tow, Failure to Comply, and Obstruction of Justice.
I also want to revise or completely rewrite the Firestone Traffic Revision Act, or FTRA. As it stands, the FTRA is comprised of four separate posts on the forums. It contains far too many different violations a person can be charged with. I want to condense the FTRA to make it easier for our peace officers to find the charge they need.
These changes would not change the legality of certain acts; they would only serve to simplify the law and assist our great peace officers.

Conclusion
I have been a supervisor in three different departments, and I want to make laws simpler.
