theres 3 ways this goes down:

  1. he releases the evidence
  2. he says there is no evidence to be released
  3. he says the evidence is still classified

inaction for the most part would be really dumb but this is a legal move

At the end of the day the governor can dismiss his cabinet for any reason he wants. So shrug

i’ll challenge the classification as it has to be unsafe for the public to be classified under BOR.
