As it stands right now, we’re serving as mediators trying to bring a peaceful resolution to the New York crisis. New York, nor the insurgency, have done anything to harm Firestone, so what’s the point in destroying what diplomatic relations we have with New York, for virtually no reason? Furthermore, Aigio supports the New York Government, so declaring an unprovoked, unnecessary war immediately following us serving as a mediator between both sides is likely to, at best, harm our relations with Aigio as well. In the end, no one benefits from an invasion of New York.

The Governor of New York has issued an Executive Order urging furries to leave the State, calling them “a menace to our society”. The State of Firestone must protect the equal rights of all, furry or not, and show that discrimination against furries will not be tolerated. The State of Firestone must, therefore, dispatch peacekeeping forces to the State of New York to protect innocent furries and all others who face persecution by the State.

Peacekeeping forces are sent with consent of and in cooperation with the government of wherever you’re sending them to. If we want to have a position as a mediator that obviously would be ruined by this and uh apparently Mayflower also wouldn’t like that for some reason.
