This is for when there aren’t an GOs in the server.
Kinda useless, but it’s not like SS has anything better to do.
The sole purpose is to provide SS more stuff to do when other officials aren’t in the game.

Uh, you guys get protection last time I checked. But, again the last time I checked was months ago so.
You were a Former SS officer, you should know that you guys are Level 6 on the Protection Rank and that you get Protection if you ask for it
