A small change that could be done in a day (I think not a dev ,

Adding a small run down Motel and a Gas station to the area just west of the park would be nice and encourage more criminals to use the southern road
The motel could house another Gun Dealer spawn or a Illegal Item spawn, or just a entirely new dealer +not likely ik) which sells illegal fishing bait that allows people to catch more fish.
The Gas Station probably just be copied and pasted from Hillview as it just needs to be a basic station and the Motel can ve copied and pasted from the one in Arborfleid but extended.
