Pursuant to Article III, Section XIV of the Firestone Constitution, having concluded the named case and the defendant found guilty, you are ORDERED AND LEGALLY OBLIGED to abide the directives that follow.
- The defendant in the named case shall be suspended for a period of seven (7) full days.
- Upon completion, the defendant in the named case shall be demoted to the lowest achievable rank of which is not used solely as a rank for training purposes.
The ordered shall have until April 3rd, 2020, at 12:00 AM EST to comply.

If department policy suggests or mandates a more consequential punishment be implemented for the actions and scenario in question, the department may notify the court of such and take the more severe action against the defendant.
