Pursuant to Article III, Section XIV of the Firestone Constitution, having concluded the named case and the defendant found guilty, you are ORDERED AND LEGALLY OBLIGED to abide the directives that follow.
- Upon completing their imprisonment sentence, the defendant shall complete a period of one (1) hour performing community service with the Firestone Department of Public works. A minimum of thirty (30) minutes of this service must be recorded and submitted to this court upon completion. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works or their designee shall confirm the completion of the aforementioned service.
- The defendant shall complete one (1) hour of legal education classes with the Firestone Department of Justice, preferably with an emphasis on firearm and self-defense legislation. The Attorney General or their designee shall confirm the completion of such a class.
The ordered shall have until April 27th, 2020, at 12:00 AM EST to comply.
