I just dont understand how you want a balance, just because of the FBI team. Yes, they have a tool that identifies someone from their fingerprints.This can lead you to being prosecuted, however that’s their purpose in the first place. It will be hard to make a balance like that, when they are specialize in doing investigative work. I dont understand what kind of balance can be made in this situation.
