I agree with new laws in regards to parking but the changes to reckless, careless, and dangerous I don’t agree with.

I think that a first citation for reckless of 400, and then the second being an arrest is too long. For most LEO’s reckless is the default charge for bad driving. (which I discourage, and instead encourage they learn the difference between different traffic laws) All this is going to do is create more work for the judiciary which they don’t need at this current moment. This will not improve anything.
