NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors for the Department of Commerce, will hold a Public Hearing in connection with their meeting on Saturday, April 1, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. EST at the Department of Commerce Discord located at discord.gg/6V5k2uf in the Public Hearing stage channel.
WHEREAS, PresidentRook was deported on March 29th, 2022 at 8:57 p.m. EST while being the owner of Capital Gas of Firestone, Carmine’s, and Snacc-ee’s. Capital Gas of Firestone, Carmine’s, and Snacc-ee’s are considered dissolved businesses and their permits have been revoked.
THEREFORE, Any assets in the possession of Capital Gas of Firestone, Carmine’s, and Snacc-ee’s (10 in total) will be sent back to the public domain for claiming by permitted businesses. A public hearing will be hosted at the aforementioned time to review potential business prospects in claiming the land and to address any citizen concerns with the recent events.
Before the public hearing, interested businesses should post in #public-hearing on the Department Discord at https://discord.gg/6V5k2uf regarding their plans and which properties they are requesting to obtain from this closure.
