More amber / warning light for DOT trucks in V3

There should be more warning / amber lights on the side of the State maintenance trucks. As well as more amber / warning lights on every side of the tow truck. The warning lights help DOT better perform in a safe environment, and it would make it a lot safer if the tow truck had more amber lights on it.
