good ideas but, we already have charges that cover assaulting a police officer/public employee…
as for making evasion a misdemeanor, good idea but, evasion is a serious crime and thus I think it should remain a felony…
we should rename the felony evasion statute tho…
as for the health act thing thats still in the works…

It is my understanding that Assault/Battery are the only charges that cover this, but I want to make it a more serious offence to Assault/Batter a Peace Officer/Public Employee/Government Official etc, so they get more jail time additionally.
I understand what you mean. Yes evasion is a serious crime, but I think there should be a distinct difference in classification of both evasion charges, thus making Evasion a Misdemeanour A, keeping the time the same, maybe adding a citation of 250 dollars, too. If we were to keep evasion as a Felony, we might as well remove felony evasion, and make evasion a Felony B, increase its time and perhaps add a citation too it too.
That’s good, I think it’s important that the Firestone Congress allows for all it’s deparments to operate fully under the law, with the correct protections to avoid any legal mishaps/troubles with the departments, then for it to come back on the congress.
Ok cool we could add a time enhancer for offenses twords protected populations….
