I’ve already proposed a legislation on this (to make the loitering applicable) and it is in progress.
Yes, I fixed the issue, now the legislation includes that LEOs and FNG are exempt from the legislation should they be on-duty.
The only thing I’m missing to add is to make loitering be applicable in the DHS Headquarters. When I get back from my trip I will edit the legislation before it’s voted on (If anyone has a picture directly above it to make my life 100x easier I would GREATLY appreciate it, but do not take the time out of your way to do it for me).
