I’m suggesting that when the street lights that turn on at night break a call is sent through since at the moment when they break we are not aware of it and if an LEO does not report it or we don’t see it when driving around they build up to the point were we have to search the map for half an hour finding all the broken ones. So something like the signal outage where it says “street light outage” and then the road the light is located on so we can find it.
