Would encourage more people to rob it cause no ones going to rob the bank right next to the national guard base and doc with low reward.
It should be high risk = high reward

a system where the longer u take to rob it again, the more money there is to take, would be cool.
Basically, if you rob it in 5 mins rather in 1 min, there would be more money stored in there to steal

Also, the Greendale area itself is highly risky, with there only being 2 exits: The bridge & the tunnel. Easily can be blocked by officers (if they were smart enough).
