I believe that LEOs should actually have to walk to their station or drive, then they will go inside, to the locker room, grab their gear, switch into their uniform etc. Then they’d have to grab their duty belt, and then grab their gun etc, and it will load into the duty belt. I personally feel this will be a useful idea, so it could add more realism to the game. I hope this is taken into consideration heavily…

FDOC has a policy for that for firearms, to be honest. It just adds more realism. This is a great idea. Full support.
