“Monthly” (or something) Newsletter (#007)
Newsletter Information and Disclaimer
The Speaker of the House has decided to restart the continuation of a House of Representatives newsletter. This newsletter is intended to keep the public informed of on-going House of Representatives operations. This newsletter shall detail any sessions, events, and etc which may have taken place over the course of the past month.
The last newsletter was released on September 25th, meaning that since then, a lot of important events and information have occurred and will be summarized in this newsletter.
Sessions

On November 21st, the House of Representatives conducted another in-game session in the State Capitol Game. This session was originally presided over by Speaker pro tempore kyhuls, before Speaker of the House CanadlanLaw joined and presided over the rest. For this session, Speaker of the House CanadlanLaw used a new Firestone business, F-SPAN, to stream the session with custom graphics and tooltips.

The House of Representatives Congressional Leadership greatly appreciates F-SPAN for streaming the event, in the second streamed-session in the past 2 years and under this leadership.
Impeachment Inquiry
On October 24th, Speaker of the House CanadlanLaw sent a letter to Speaker pro tempore kyhuls to request authorization of a provisional committee to investigate Kamraxn, iiVortex_RBLX, EvayLaws, and associates. On November 9th, Speaker of the House CanadlanLaw authorized a provisional impeachment inquiry into Associate Justice Skye_Jones, chaired by Representative bearzno. Resignation
On November 1st, Speaker of the House CanadlanLaw resigned from his post as Speaker of the House in order to circumvent the Line of Succession, following the impending resignation(s) and impeachment(s) of Kamraxn and iiVortex_RBLX. This led to sitting Governor Mega_Goalie16 becoming Governor.
Elections
On November 5th, the current House of Representatives was elected to their posts.
On November 6th, Speaker of the House CanadlanLaw was unanimously reelected to serve as Speaker of the House.

On November 7th, Speaker of the House CanadlanLaw conducted a special election to fill the seat of a resigned Representatives. This special election ended in a tie, leading to a run-off where thedamnfeds was elected as a Representative.
Other
On November 25th, Speaker of the House CanadlanLaw conducted an approval poll for the House of Representatives. These results were significantly higher then prior terms, and reflected public approval for the House and the leadership. Find the poll here: House of Representatives Approval Poll November 2023
On December 10th, CanadlanLaw invited the Governor to address the State at the capitol for the State of the State Address, in which Governor Mega_Goalie16 accepted and attended.
