As other people said we dont need garbage men coming to every EMS call because they have a First aid cert

The point of this is?

They don’t need a First Aid Certificate to help someone and give life saving treatment, plus, there is usually an EMT Certified LEO or DOH/SCFD.

This is something that Developers need to do.

Already a crime, and legislation in place for this.
