its not a charge per say but its more on an instant 900 second thing

you include it in the charges so you dont get hammered in court, so if someone evaded then somehow frped you’d write

“Evasion, FRP”
and give them 900 seconds

also congratulations to @MrEmote for actually getting a bill passed both chambers in this law ^

If FRP charge is even a thing, FRP is the only charge that is a secondary charge, everything else is not a secondary charge
