BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: A Bill to Define FRP shall be amended.

SECTION 1A: Section 3A currently states: “Law enforcement personnel shall be obligated to cuff rush a subject if he or she has conducting the actions as stated in sections 2A-2D. “Cuff rush” being to immediately arrest an individual, ignoring regular roleplay procedures.”

SECTION 1B: Section 3A will now state: “Law enforcement personnel shall be obligated to cuff rush a subject if he or she has conducting the actions as stated in sections 2A-2D. “Cuff rush” being to immediately arrest an individual, ignoring regular roleplay procedures for no less than 900 seconds.”

SECTION 3: The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Corrections, and the Department of Homeland Security shall enforce this legislation.

SECTION 3A: The Firestone State Patrol shall be defined as:

SECTION 3C: The Department of Homeland Security shall be defined as:

SECTION 4: This legislation will take full effect immediately after passage.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
