Is there a way to acquire a EMT-B without apply for FFA?

I’m currently doing my law enforcement experience through the Redwood Police Department & would like to acquire a EMT-B Certificate in order to render First Aid to victims I might stumble by.

As far as I’m aware, the only way to get a EMT-B certificate at the moment would be through the Firestone Fire Academy, which is done to become either a Firefighter or EMT.

I don’t think anyone is currently teaching first aid, but you don’t need any certification to administer medical care within the scope of First Aid and CPR (found here: Trello). If you wish to gain EMT-B, you must go through FFA.
