Yeah, but if you wait at least a year to become a Moderator, and then when you finally get it just be kicked out 6 months later what exactly is the point in the first place? The moderation team isn’t much different than a Department, there’s the head Moderators, who have been doing Moderating and everything else in FS for YEARS, just like Department heads. And then there are just the normal Moderators, like everybody else within the Department. And as far as I’m aware, you get to decide when you resign from just about any department unless you make a big mistake and get kicked out, much like how the moderation team is.

He is saying, many of the current Moderators have done stuff other than sit in game by the bus stop waiting for something to happen. We have Departments we have done stuff for.
