Impound Lot Trespassing Act


IN THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE

Mr. SirCalebXVI (for himself, Mr. Slee_20, Mr. Clonemep, Mr. PatatoLaw and Mr. connor8033) proposed the following bill:


A BILL

To effectively designate entering the Redwood Impound Lot as trespassing; to concur with the laws regarding the Prominence Impound Lot and its current designation as trespassing.

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title


(a) This Act shall be known, and may be cited as, the “Impound Lot Trespassing Act”.

§2. Enactment


(a) This Act shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.

§3. Severability


(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement


(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Definitions


(a) The “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined as this.

§6. Repealments


(a) Chapter 3 Section 9 subsection (b) subdivision (b11) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be repealed and declared null and void.

§7. Amendments


(a) Chapter 3 Section 8 subsection (b) subdivision (b17) of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “Entering into the areas marked in blue in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Transportation.”

(b) Chapter 3 Section 8 subsection (b) subdivision (b17) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “Entering into the areas marked in blue in this screenshot or the area outlined in red in this screenshot, when the violator is not attempting to retrieve their towed vehicle, without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Transportation.”
