Preamble

Removal of Mayor TateSnowy for his egregious actions.

Be it enacted by the City of Redwood City Council that:

Section 1

TateSnowy shall be defined here.

The Elections Act shall be defined here.

The Block Plurality Voting Act shall be defined here.

Section 2

The evidence shall be as follows,

Exhibit A - TateSnowy Threatening Employees

Exhibit B - Unethical Executive Order

Exhibit C - Outcome Of Executive Order

Exhibit D - TateSnowy Violating The BVP System (illegal election)

Exhibit E - TateSnowy Admitting He Sponsored an Illegal Election

Section 3

The Redwood Mayor shall be impeached, and removed from office for betrayal of the public trust, egregious acts against the City of Redwood and the people, and sponsoring an election that violates the Election and Block Plurality Voting Acts.

Section 4

This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the City Charter.
