ARTICLES OF IMPEACHMENT
DISTRICT COURT JUDGE HECXTRO
Be it enacted by the House of Representatives of the Great State of Firestone, thus hereby assembled, that:
(a) For the purposes of this legislation, ‘Hecxtro’ shall be defined as Roblox User No. 56531558, likely linked as follows: https://www.roblox.com/users/56531558/profile
(b) For the purposes of this legislation, ‘An Act to Revitalize Judicial Ethics’ shall be defined as: https://forums.stateoffirestone.com/t/12279
(c) With the power vested into this House by the Constitution, Hecxtro shall be impeached for ineptitude, gross misconduct, and neglect of duty, whereas he violated Section 9 of the Code of Judicial Ethics, pursuant to Section 4 of An Act to Revitalize Judicial Ethics and C.III.XVI in violating the neutrality of his office.
(d) Evidence in support of this impeachment shall be as follows:

(e) Should any part of this resolution be declared unconstitutional or otherwise struck down, the rest shall remain in effect, unless all is struck down or declared unconstitutional.
